Embarking on a migration journey can be both exciting and challenging. To ensure we provide the best assistance tailored to your unique situation, we start with a comprehensive consultation.
During this consultation, we'll take the time to understand your specific needs and determine how we can assist you effectively. To secure your spot and gain invaluable insights, all it takes is booking a session for only $150.
We offer the flexibility of either a phone call or a video call, ensuring you feel comfortable throughout the process. The best part is that if you decide to engage our services within 14-days of the consultation, the $150 fee will be deducted from our overall professional fees.
Prior to the consultation, we kindly ask you to provide us with some essential information. This will enable us to have all the necessary facts to ensure you get the most out of the session.
After the consultation, should you wish to proceed with our services, we will present you with an 'engagement agreement.' This agreement will outline the scope of work we'll be undertaking and the applicable fees.
Before we commence any work, we require a 50% retainer of our fee upfront. This retainer will be securely held in a client trust account and will only be released once all the necessary work has been completed. The remaining balance of our fees will be payable before any applications are lodged.
Please note that our fees do not include government fees from the Department of Home Affairs or other potential costs, such as health checks, police checks, or qualification assessments.
